I know, it sounds very... unusual but enjoying candied bacon that we made using the sous vide process with a delicious bottle of JCB 69 was the perfect way to start this holiday season off.

Boy has this Lifestylist® been busy! We had had so many great new projects and clients it has been hard to keep up, but that is a great problem to have.
