Bubbles and Bacon

I know, it sounds very... unusual but enjoying candied bacon that we made using the sous vide process with a delicious bottle of JCB 69 was the perfect way to start this holiday season off.
The beautiful rose color of this French Crémant de Bourgogne adds to the festive look at this party.

An easy garnish of two mint leaves and a cranberry adds the holiday touch to this drink - cheers!
