New Year, New Beverage Cart

Welcome to 2021!  Bookstores are my downfall - yes, I still love buying real, printed page books and magazines.

When I saw this stunning book, first of all, I went to Amazon to buy it at a better price, then I realized it was time to up my game for 2021. We are all spending more time at home - why not enjoy pretty things and spend a little more time to add some beauty to our lives while we do it?

A bar cart can be for more than cocktails. I am a huge advocate for shopping and supporting local anytime that I can - did you know that many of the brands available on Amazon may be your neighbors or your favorite local purveyors? I can't function without a decent cup of coffee in the morning and as much as I am saving up for a Miele Coffee Maker, I need something for now where I can brew coffee from my local sources instead of being confined by what I can get in a pod that will work with my existing coffee maker. So my first goal of 2021 is to create a rolling breakfast bar cart.

Look how pretty this one is! I am leaning towards a French Press for now, and prefer that it is one that is insulated like this one is.

I love this one too - I am a sucker for anything copper.

So then I needed a bar cart. MCM (Mid Century Modern) is definitely my style, so I immediately fell in love with this one

But if I am saving up for that built in, super deluxe coffeemaker I might have to scale back a bit, so I kept searching and found this one

A great price, lots of style, and it can hold my coffee in the morning and cocktails at night! I can't wait to get my order thanks to being a Prime member in two days!
